I ordered the speakers from carstereotime.com and just like everyone else on the org received an e mail from them that they were out of stock, and they can send me other tweeters for the same price. I refused the offer and asked for my money back. Next day I received an e-mail from pay pal about my $65 being refunded and that I have to log into their web site and claim the money. I did so and the amount I got back was $62.81. I called pay pal and asked them how come they charged $65 on my credit card and only gave my $62.81 back, and they told me that carstereotime did not send them correct refund. So I emailed carstereo about this issue and they responded back with receipt and order number stating that they did refund $65 dollars.
I really think that pay pal is trying to rip me off here, aspecially after what I saw on the news about them the other day.

I know its only 2 bucks but still if they think that they can get away with ripping people off they are very wrong, because Im going to be a di$k and take this as far as I can.
