Hyper White Rear Turn Signals Illegal?
It all depends how blue they are. If they are true hyper WHITE and they produce a white light, you are safe. This law is ridiculous, I would like to see the Police pull over every new Audi, BMW, Lexus, and BMW for having blue-tinted HID headlights.

But Guru is right, you cannot have a blue bulb in the turn signals EVEN if it illuminated hyper white. Most cops will give you a ticket for the use of blue bulbs, they dont even want to hear you tell them "um but officer, it shines a bright white light....." He will come back with a simple "son, what color is the bulb?"
