How to remove film on AE 5spd shifter
How can the film (with shift pattern) be removed easily from the AE shift ****? I notice my is scuffed/sratched up and had one replaced already under warranty. It is actually more aluminum looking under that film. Any suggestions?

I just got my shifter replaced under warranty no problems.
I had a SES light also (140) for an O2 sensor. They just replaced it and reset the light. 2 hours later the SES came on again. Seems they didnt follow the TSB, so I had to give them a copy and tell them what to do, sorry a$$ dealers. BTW I have a y pipe and no problems. (but I took my CAI off just in case)
Well everythig is working good now!
