HEY WASSUP Guys/Girls. I recently picked up a 2003 Maxima SE, and I was wondering if you guys can answer some questions for me.

1)If I get a generic strut bar for the maxima would it f*ck up my car, and if it does is there a brand name strut bar for maximaS??

2)Does diamond bumper grille do the trick for preventing crap messing up your Maxima?

3)Air Intake.... any good suggestions??

I recommend the Frankencar Intake with the Apexi Filter. Has a nice growl to it and gives the car more power.

Now... before anyone else points it out, there is a "search" feature button at the top right corner of every page here. Use it to find answers to most questions that you can think of.

Now...
#1 generic or not, as long as it's made for the Max, it shouldn't mess anything up. Several companies make strut bars for the Max. CustomMaxima.com, Bomz, Cattman, etc...

#2 never heard of what you're describing.

#3 there is a small variety of intakes available for the Max. Injen, Frankencar, Stillen, Jim Wolf Technologies, Firm Fabrications, Place Racing, and a couple of others make intakes that work on your car. Most here seem to have either the Frankencar or the Injen, and people have reasons for liking or disliking either or both of them.
