Moron RICERS?!?!?!?
I use RICE in a general sense, since it was a CRX and a VW GTI.
So, it's friggen RUSH hour traffic on I-10 in Phoenix, AZ and some wantabee in a CRX is zipping in and out of traffic getting nowhere faster than everyone else.
Then he falls back and I hear his fart exhaust note coming up behind me at WOT as he blows by me doing 80ish in a 55-zone(should be 65, everyone does 70+mph) and cuts over into my lane(I'm in the carpool lane and traffic is blocking his lane), when I see the GTI zig-zagging over a couple lanes playing catchup. Then the GTI gets the jump pulls across 3-lanes and blocks out the CRX. Then the CRX decides it's time to get off and starts moving over to the right as the GTI guy slashes across 3-4 lanes trying to stay in front.
Anyways, I'm NOT normally a party pooper on "street" racing when it's done moderately and in as safe as possible manner. However, these dipsh!ts were clearly too dumb to realize how stupid that crap was in a friggen rolling road block.
Morons I tell ya, morons.
BTW, a couple hours later into my road trip, I got to play around with a pre-2000 black lowered Civic w/big ole chromies and no plate. He was pretty fast carving through the mountain curves, so I let him by. I caught him on the straights though and he decided to play follow the Max leader for about 15-miles into Needles, CA.

The only thing "rice" on Kevs car is the Ooglie. The rest does serve a function of some sort. I would be the last to claim that Kev is no go....hehe.
My favorite to shut ricers up is chirp it in 3rd. That usually shuts it down 9 times outta 10.
