I noticed that some people, including me, have had a rattling noise coming from the front of their car. Before reading a few of the posts i thought that maybe it was the stereo but now i have doughts. I was going to take my car down to the dealer but the question i had was how long is the guarantee on the car and do i have to go to the dealer i bought my car from, or can i go to any Nissan dealership?

 

The warranty lasts for 3 years or 36,000 miles (whichever comes first). You should be able to go to any dealer to get warranty work done. Just remember make sure you tell them exactly what's wrong, and if possible demonstrate the problem for them. Otherwise you may very likely get the "sorry we couldn't duplicate the problem!" That seems to be nissan's (maybe all dealers) favorite line.

Not to mention a powetrain warranty up to 50K..or is that bumper to bumper also???
