Don't worry aout it at all. I have the Injen intake, and I drive my car through a touchless wash with high-pressure undercarriage wash about twice a week. I've never had a single problem. There is a LOT of underbody fairing material underneath the filter, so it shouldn't ever be a problem.
Although... it's been raining here for about two and a half weeks straight, and the other day, I drove through a puddle that was beginning to worry me! It was about a foot deep, and I ended up stopping, backing out of it, and going around in the oncoming traffic lane!!! F*cking rain!!!!!

It is so wet, that I was in line behind a G.I. at the movies the other day. He was talking to his buddy about the weather, and he said, "Dude... I thought you said Clarksville was DRIER than Seattle".

hydrolock sucks, it happened to a friend of mines integra dsr, he wound up having to replace the block because the idiot tow truck guy tried to crank it, and a B17 block is hard as heck to find me and him both looked for 2 mths for one.

Even if water do get onto the filter, doesn't it have to travel through the tubing and get to the intake manifold? How much suction is there in those CAI?? I dont think it is enough to suck water up the tubes and travel like 5 ft...... Does anyoen think otherwise? besides, the tubing is pretty hot during operation, some water will also be burned off.

As someone said previously, the no-no is standing water. The filter has to become completely immersed in water for the intake to have a chance of aspirating water instead of air. Even if your filter gets wet from puddles and car washes, the intake will only aspirate air since it is lighter than the water; but if the filter is fully submerged then you are out of luck.
