Every Since I washed/waxed my 03 Max when I drive it the side sills have this light black dirt looking stuff that attracts to it after every drive. I can wipe it off before I leave and whenever I get out its their any one else have this problem? If so what did you do to stop the stuff from attracting to your car.

 

dirt magnet ? only way, is called parking it in the garage

 

don't know what kind of wax you used, but carnuba wax attracts dirt.

 

Do you have the splash guards? I do and the sills don't seem to get any dirtier than the rest of the car.

try a synthetic, like klasse or zaino. but that'll cost you few more dollars.. you might just want to deal with the dirt. your call though...
