I was wondering if someone can tell me if the factory guage rings on the 2k2-2k3's can be removed? I had an idea of taking them out and painting them with chrome paint from my shop instead of buying aluminum guage bezels.

If your talking about the whole pastic piece that goes around your gauges then yes. It's just pops right off the gauge cluster..

 

Yeah I'm referring to the factory rings which are painted dark silver or titanium in color that go around the rpm and speedometer guages.
