Venting about my repair shop ....

Ok.. my car's been sitting in this bodyshop for over a month now after a mishap of me sliding off the road then running over a fire hydrant and finally coming to rest after a collision into a rock. The damage is about 9g's and maybe more. Well, to get the the point, I 've been stoppping by the body shop once every week to check upon the progress and so far they have not done **** other than the rear axle beam and the front struts that I've brought them with the lowering springs already mounted on them. The manager is constantly giving me excuses about wrong parts being delivered and thus the reason for the delay. There's still suspension work to be done, plus the replacement of the radiator support, and bodywork all around. Do I not have a good reason to ask my insurance company to tow my car to another body shop I feel comfortable with actually setting priorities for my car? Also after *****in at the manager today he tells me that I can take it to another shop after they put in all the parts they have so far to get it finished. I was like what the f#ck!

have your insurance company move it. i would have requested that by now. if they're that lax with customer service, i wouldn't put any faith in the work they do either. most insurance companies will guarantee the work they pay for, so definitely bring your adjuster into the picture.
