Another New Max Owner

Just pick up my 01 SE last week, and loved the car thus far especially the power engine when you want to get ahead of the other cars. The unfortunate thing was I got an Auto instead of a stick (wife can't drive M/T). Also, it's pretty sucks in the snow with the 17" factory rims and tires. Where I live here in NE, the winter are long and will have to change it to snow tires real soon. Anyway, just want to drop a note an say hi.

Too bad about the auto, though it beats having the wife trash a stick!. Anyway - look around for a set of stock 15" base model (is that GXE or GLE ?) wheels - even with stock tires they will work really well in slop or snow, add snow tires and you will be ready to take on the Subarus!!! Also - it gives you an almost full size spare!
