Fog Lights

I have been having a problem with my headlights and foglights, I upgrade both to PIAA. My headlights seem to be blowing out after about 6 months usage and my fog lights start to burn out after about 2 months usage. Piaa has a warrny which covers bulbs but, this is veryy annoying does any1 know why this keeps occuring? I thought it could be since I have a powerful system and when the bass hits my lights dim. So I upgraded to a red top battery but my lights still dim a little. Could this be the problem or something else?

If your lights do the disco thing (dim to the beat of the music) all you need is a capacitor (lightning cap...etc) for your sound system.

Just be careful when you install them. I dont see why people have problems with PIAA bulbs. I've run ion crystals for about 3 months and now the Xtreme whites in my fogs for about 6. My Xtreme white headlights have been in for almost a year with no problems at all.

I've never touched the glass on any of my PIAAs, and I wasn't running anything but the stock audio setup, yet my longest lasting PIAA's only lasted 11 months (headlights). The fog lights I've already had to change twice in one year. I just don't think they are made that well.
