Need advice on Purchase!!

I got my eye on a 2000SE, 34,000 miles, auto, with all avaible options.
What do you guys think I should pay for it??
I know that resale value in CT is below the book value.
Is there any issues, concerns with that years production.
I know that there were some tranny and brake problems, Will the dealer take care of it?? FOR FREE
I currently own a 98SE and don't know much about the 5th gens.
Please don't be shy to add your .05$

if you can get that for about 14k that would be a good deal. but find out why the mileage is so low. when i was looking for 5th gens almost a year ago, a 2000 had at least that many miles on it.

$13K or so sounds fair. Maybe more if pristine and ALL options like you mentioned.

The guy is firm on 14K,
That's not worth it for me especially with the tons of TSB's on that year.
I'm keeping my 4th GEN.
