Never use spacers. Metal and force cause the spacer to crush and can cause toe and/or camber damage to tires. If the temp is right, they can also shrink, causing you lug nuts to be loose and fall off even.

Does that mean that H&R Spacers are unsafe to use?

I have never heard of that before...I guess our stock hubs could just fall off too, or warp, or break studs. That is pretty crazy!
I have a set of 15mm HR spacers for sale...NIB. I was going to use them with some aftermarket rims but never got around to it. HR makes them 5mm and a 15 mm, but I don't recal finding 10mm spacers. The 15mm requires new lugs which are included. They are hub centric and should bring the tires about flush with the wheel well. 15mm is about 3/4" just so you know.
