Bose

I read somewhere on this board were someone finally got an answer from nissan about the bose problem with the left side cutout. Has nissan offically acknowledged this? I have been have the problem and I took it to the dealer and they first
replaced all of the left speakers. I got home and it still cuts out so I went back to them and they told me they would call nissan for further assistance. The dealer called me back within 10 minutes and told me they would replace the bose head unit. I purchased my 02 Max in Oct 01 so I most have one of the defective units.

I don't think they have acknowledged it, but they are replacing the head units without a fight. Just had mine replaced.

you want 'studman's post in the Audio forum. It explains the problem/production dates in great detail.
