I have a yellow top in my 2k2. The only difference I would think there could be would be the Cold Cranking Amps (CCA) and whether they have GM style side battery terminals. I believe my yellow top is 750 CCA's and I have side terminals too since I can use them for my sound system/underbody kit wires.

I know Optima did make an 800 or 850 CCA yellow top but I havent seen them at the store I work at for a while, only the 750 CCA.

I have one too and it has the GM and top post connections and the top post connections don't fit properly. Had to force connection but it made all the differnce in the world!

Yup, I had the exact same problem when I tried fitting the postive terminal on. The stock nissan connector that has a fuse built into it is way too big so I broke a part of it so it would fit.
