Have questions to all SC Maxima owner.....?

Hey all, I'm getting SC installed sometime next week. I need some advice about wut I need to prep. I drive 2000 automatic. Here's the few that I'm already getting......
1. Stillen V2 SC
2. VB Mod(getting that done on the sameday SC's getting installed)
3. Tranny Cooler
4. Auto Meter Gauges(Air&Fuel,Boost,Oil pressure)
5. Blitz BOV

But my question is? Jeff@ Maximum Tuning told me I need Steel Flange if I wanna get BOV installed on my automatic maxima and a K&N cone filter. But Alex at SouthWest Auto told me K&N cone filter comes in with the whole SC kit and Flange comes with the Blitz BOV so Alex said I don't need to spend extra ca$h on those 2 things Jeff told me to get. Could anyone with SC on there Automatic Max giv me some suggestions or advice on anything regarding my SC installation.......

Blitz BOV fit right on so no additional flange is necessary...is the kit new or used?
