paint lawsuit

Has there been any word on that classaction suit against Nissan? I signed up, but haven't heard any word from them...

I just got an email with a questionaire that I filled out and sent back. No real news though. I think they are gathering more folks and occurances.

I'm from Mass as well and I go no indication of this when I spoke to one of the lawyers.

I was the first one that filled it out and I got a call within 20 minutes.

I got a call right away too...but at that time not many in Mass had reported in...maybe alot more have by now...hopefully.

Nice work people. If they won't fix the HP, at least they have to look at these damn paint chips.

I was at a chevy dealership on sunday looking at Tahoes and for kicks I had them appraise my ride...the sales lady noted my car had excessive paint chipping and devalued the car!
