2k2 or 2k3 install aftermarket leather?

Has anyone with 2k2 or 2k3 install aftermarket leather in their car? I have to take on this job in couple of weeks on my car. The seats don’t seem to be a problem but the door panel’s looks like it will be a real pain! I called a couple of shops and the best price I got just for the door panels were 275.00. I think that a little high.

I had mine installed by one of the member back in December. It was for a two tones w/heat for both front seats. Total cost (including the installation) was $800...$600 for the leather and 100 per heated seat. The leather seat was made by Soft-Trim. They are much better quality than OEM's leather.

I have the kit already, I got it from Leatherseats.com. Any tips on doing the door panels?
