Its possible that it might just be diffective. Try pushin down&up on one corner of ur car at a time and see how many times it bounces. It should stop on less then 1.5 bounces. If it goes 3-4 times then obviously ur gonna have to get new struts under warranty, lifetime right? Give it a shot, its not like its gonna hurt anything.

The alignment is VERY important! Toe, caster and camber needs to be set as close to stock as possible. A little negative camber is ok.
