How do I remove my 2k2 Guage cluster ?

How do I remove my 2k2 Guage cluster ?

Im trying to install the aluminum bezel for my car. How the heck do I remove this crap. I see 2 screws above the cluster , and I took them off but that seems not to do anything. Help !

You have to remove the steering column housing. It's 4 or 5 screws under the turn signal and washer arm on the steering column. Once you pop that off you can pull out the black trim around the gauge pod that you had removed the two screws from. Behind that black trim there are a couple harnesses you need to disconnect, and maybe a vent tube. Once you pull that off (lower the steering wheel to get it out) you can see three screws holding the gauge cluster. Just unscrew those and disconnect the harnesses in the back. The plastic cover on the gauges has tabs and you can pop it right off.

Hope this helps. If you need more help just come on up to Hungtington Beach and I'll have it off in about 5 minutes.
