Debadging problem

So I decided to debadge the back (except for the nissan logo) a week ago and I'm just noticing that when the sun hits the back, you can still see where the MAXIMA SE badges used to go. Will the shadows always be there? I used an adhesive remover from Kragen. Any one else with a black Max have this problem?

I had this problem on my white max. I used some rubbing compound after washing the car with dawn (strips all wax around where the badge was) and now you can't tell.

Wash, compound, polish, wax.
