Nissan North America called ME for help!

I just got off the phone with someone from Nissan North America. They called me for help with a problem that they were having with one of their timeclocks.

I work for the company that provides them software to keep track of their employee's time and attendance.

I just thought it was funny.

Why don't you tell them:

Thank you for contacting - Your Company - and allowing us the opportunity to be of assistance.

We at - Your Company - are distressed to learn of the problems you are having with your timeclocks. It is most unfortunate whenever timeclocks fail. - Your Company - is proud of the engineering that has gone into producing your timeclock.
However, as you are undoubtedly also aware, our timeclocks are not unique in being equipped with new generation technology for keeping track of time. Because - Your Company - takes its commitment to its customers and its product quality very seriously, we have
carefully investigated this situation. We have concluded that there are no defects in the materials or workmanship related to your timeclock and related components, and that this situation is therefore due to others.

Nonetheless, please be assured that your problem is very important to - Your Company -. In addition, we have developed an anti-timeclock malfunction kit which you may purchase to help prevent your timeclock from breaking again.

Thank you very much for bringing your problem to our attention. If you have any further comments or questions, please feel free to e-mail us.

Sincerely,

-You-
-Your Company-

At least thats what we get from them when we ask about our HID theft... Just for fun
Later all,

Nick

My guess would be that they would be as pleased as we are to get a form letter blowing us off.
