Home-made AE Headlights

Can anyone post the links/directions to the posts regarding how to make the home-made version of the AE lights? I know there were some who used the oven to heat up the adhesive, what temp. and how long? Any special paint for inside the lights? Do you re-heat in oven when putting back together? Any tips to avoid condensation in the lights once you are done? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
