Brighter 5th gen corner light like 4th Gens?

Hi All,

I was wondering if we can do the corner light mod like the 4th gens that would make the corner light bright all the time and still blink.

Has anyone did it?

I've seen something about it on the site here... just that I am one of the unlucky ones who doesn't have the search capability to find it.

I think the closest thing to what you're looking for would be the stealth running lamp mod. It makes the turn signal bulb only come one when you use it and it uses the brighter filament of the two.

I tried it (by using a brighter bulb) and melted by clear side marker and had to get new ones. The hight watt worked very well butthen.....it melted.

Are you saying you melted the turn signal section in your headlamps?

Im not asking how to make the side markers (the lights on the side fenders) brighter. I'm talking about the lights inside the headlamp assembly. My side markers are bright enough with the polarg bulbs I got from custommaxima. I have done the blinker mod where the side marker and corner light flash alternately. If you know about the 4th gen Cornering Light Mod then you know what I mean by making the 5th Gen corner light brighter all the time. But with a twist! I want it to blink alternately with the side marker and when not blinking I want both filaments in the bulb in the corner light to light up.

This would be HOT!!!

There is no high wattage modd in all the searches I've done in the past. But when I had my 2k1 headlights I use the Polarg Visual-G Series Chrome.

Use PIAAs in your turn signal corners... they are definitely brighter.
