Transmission Fluid Question?

I have a 2003 Se 6 speed. I heard that changing your transmision fluid was a great mod to do, because it significantly makes shifting smoother. Did anyone here change trans fluids, if so what kind and is the a difference from stock, or any bad things about it? thanks

You'll see a dif. only if you use synthetic fluid. A complete flush and refill is recommended. Try Mobil One, Amsoil, or Redline. Then you'll notice a dif.

I'll vote for AMSoil.

Amsoil lasts about 3 times as long as normal transmission fluid, but all 3 mentioned above are the best you can buy. I would wait to change it until 7-10k.
