I HAVE THAT! Wtf, I thought it was the only one. It only happens for me when I hold the volume down button for a while or the volume up button for a while, like if my radio was turned all the way down for a cell phone call or whatnot, its annoying as f**k! I'm getting installing my aftermarket deck in a bit, so i wasn't too worried, but its hella annoying!

I did.

I had the same problem. I swapped out the stock unit for a Pioneer 740MP. No problems now. I never figured out why it was doing that.

Your not the only one, and yeah it does happen 2 of 5 times. Not just on the radio stations the CD player is the same thing. I dont remember how long ago it started but its been a few months now, atleast 6 months.

Get it changed, or the stereo could be messed up because doesn't the control hook up to the stereo directly???
