2002-2003 Spring TSB

Can some one post the 2002 and later spring replacement TSB? I believe the TSB # is: NTB02056. I mostly want to know which cars this TSB applies to as well as what the replacement part numbers are?

IIRC, it only applied to GXE/GLEs and the fix was using SE springs. Rear only I believe.

I remember someone posting that information a while back, but it was communicated to them from a Nissan Service center. For my own edification, I'd still really like to see the TSB or get word from someone who has the TSB in hand (let's just say that I don't always trust what Service Reps say).
