for those of you who are familiar with the FDR.........
don't you think it would be a great setting for a race?
relatively cop free, decent roads, some nice turns, crazy cabbies......definite rush....especiallly if racing against other Max's

Now if we could get rid of all that traffic it would be a blast.

If your talking about the one in NY

then you must have a stock suspension.... a fresh coat of asphalt and it would be a blast.

Yeah my car is stock. It took the bumps fairly nicely, though you are right - new asphalt would make a real blast.

Why would you want to trash your suspension on the GM proving ground (FDR DRIVE)

The FDR is cool but the Interboro ( Jackie Robinson Highway - Queens) is for real drivers. No room for errors on that track. Any boo boos and and your toast! No shoulders, duals lane, sharp corners etc.. The FDR is cake walk..

The Henry Hudson Parkway between GWB and Dyckman is nice. Long winding turns, all you need is a little rain and wala- great pile ups

FDR is crazy for racing if you are modded. Waited all my life to see the city repave the sucker. The west side is much much better!
