Found this part under my driver's seat. It's about 1" diameter with a metal ring surrounded by a white plastic ring.

That looks like the surround for a mouse ball to keep it inside a mouse. My guess is that it really isn't from your car, just something you picked up one day by your feet or whatnot.

 

good call..... but it's too big. But that is kind of what it is like.... has the slots like that too, but everything on it thicker. But this should help others 'see' what the piece is.

Has anyone worked with the electric seat? I moved the seat all the way forward to clean under it. It wasn't there last week when I cleaned.
