Lowering Problem!!!

I just got the tein s-tech springs in the mail for my 2000 maxima. And i also ordered some 19 inch wheels which are 19x8.5, However my friend just pointed out to me that this may be a problem and the wheels may scrub. does ANYONE out there know if this is going to be a problem, or will i have enough clearance, thanks

I don't think you'll have a problem.

I have 19 x8.5" Maya DTM's. Lowered with H&R coils that have 1 coil chopped off. NO clearance problems whatsoever.

You could always roll the fenders if there are rubbing issues, doesn't seem like you'll have a problem though.

do you have 1 coil cut from the front and back? how much harder is the ride? i have h&r's and think the back is settled nicely, but i'm not completely satisfied w/ the front. i'm thinking of cutting only my front to drop another inch or so...

i told you that you might scrub IF you get 235 series tires. Tires that wide with tein springs which drop LOW...ummmmm

Get 225/35/19....hehe
