I've had my 2k3 Max for about 6 months now and my exhaust tips are already rusting/corroding. I've tried to clean them but they seem to be hopeless. My question is: What have other people done about this? I was wanting to remove them and replace them with better quality tips but I don't see a way to remove (no screw).....

 

You can sand the tips down to take off the smooth finish, paint it high temp resistent paint and then put on nicer looking tips. Or you can cut off the tips where they connect to the muffler and put on BIGGER tips for better sound.

 

I have used some eagle one product called never-dull and it works!!!!
