They told me the ticking sound was spec last time and they didnt look up the TSB. by chance anyone have that scanned?

I assuming you are talking about a ticking noise that can be heard while you are inside the car? I dont' hear it inside but I swear I hear a ticking if I'm standing outside of the car with the A/C on
