My car is pinging?

My mods are listed in my sig and I use 93 octane. I hear faint pinging during slow acceleration. Any thoughts on the cause?

Did you ever try switching brands of gas? I know my car hates Mobil premium, but it runs like a bear on Texaco. Maybe it's just in my head, who knows.

Uh oh! I wasn't aware that the 2k2's had this problem. I thought it was only the 2k/2k1.

I switched from Shell to Sunoco and then back to Shell. When I switched back to Shell is when it started. I always wonder if they try to sneak 87 in the 93 tank to get extra money.

Exactly, how would I prove it. It could've been there before. I usually drive with the radio on.

Btw- I used your MOD on the rattling plate on the back glass. I put some clear rubber stoppers there and WOW NO MORE BUZZING!
