2K GLE Crazy High Miles!

So a scruffy looking 2K GLE shows up on the hook today- Actually it didn't look too bad considering what it had been through! Apparently the car hit something in the road that punctured the oil pan & let all the oil out. Of course, the guy keeps driving it. Well, all the spilled oil covers the pre-cats in the y-pipe & catches on fire about the time that the engine throws a connecting rod out the back of the block. Well, we look at the car, it has 209K miles on it! So, in case you were wondering what it takes to kill a VQ30DE,this is it!

Holy crap...that is a ton of miles. If he/she bought it when it came out in 99 roughly about June up until now he put an average of 150 miles per day. Damn that's a lot of driving.

He/she sounds like an idiot though driving with the car dried of oil.
