Got smoked nasty last night....poof
So I'm Driving my car last night, and this new 2003 Mercedes-Benz C32 AMG pulls up next to me. It was a man in his 50's with his wife. He looks down at my car and I look at his. So he revs his car and I give him the nod. (See im the type of guy who will race anything, just to see what it runs). So anyway the light turns green, I gun my car, 1st and 2nd gear I have a car on him, then all of a sudden, wham! This dude flies right by me, and pulls 3 cars. So right there I stop and say. H O L Y S H I T. All i can remember was the old lady in the passenger side grinning at me when he was pulling away. What can I say? We win some and we lose some. **** i had fun though.

Ummm, Read the stats correctly, It clearly says Carstats.com not car and driver. jeez, I may not have a life, but atleast I can read.

maybe you'd stand a chance against a 540i (more often than not, though, you'll still lose), but never race anything AMG (genuine, of course).
anything AMG is way nicer (just like the 540i is), AND much faster than your car.

A-FRIGGIN-MEN to that. this guy is a mag racer in the worst form.

This is what I found in the www.mbusa.com website:
Net power 349 hp @ 6,100 rpm
Net torque 332 lb-ft @ 4,400 rpm
That old guy had almost 100 more hp and torque than you. I wouldnt be surprised if he smoked you that bad. :P

Right on chester, I think we know that an AmG is way nicer, A 540i Is faster than a max, So we don't need a GENIUS like YOU, to come and provide us with this *WORTHLESS* information. on topic though, C32s aren't all too common, but they're downright nasty. M3/new S4 competitors. only shame about AMG is that they won't outfit their cars with manuals. the new E55 will run the 1320 in the mid 12's. with a stick, i could see it beating a ZO6 more often than not.
enough with mag racing. they are good source for facts, but you found out the hard and better way to how fast a certain car is. do not mess with anything amg next to it. he was messing with you thinking you could take him then he floored it.
