I was driving onto the highway this afternoon and I floor it as usual, I was watching the RPM's as it climbed, when in was in 2nd gear at around 4,000 rpm's the car felt like it detonated?! It kinda shook and jerked back and forth and then continued to climb to 6600. I dont want to really say it felt like detonation (hope not) but it was sorta like that, like the car shook and lost power for a moment and continued. I had a TT supra and when it leaned out it had the same feeling. But on my 2k2 max?? From a start the car accelerates fine and dandy.

Its an Auto GLE, with K&N filter..

The Check Engine light came on today also. The dealer recently cleared it, it was a DTC P0502, it ran fine for a few days.

I use 93 octane ONLY.

Anybody else had this feeling?

ive never had that happen to me. sorry. now hesitation, yeah its a ***** especially in the heat of fl right now.
