Cost to fix front bumper

Hi all,

I damaged my front bumper by side swiping it into a pole and need to get it repaired. It is scraped pretty deep and has a diameter of about 10 inches. can anyone tell me how much does something like this cost to fix (at a chain autobody store for example)?

if i wanted to re-paint the whole front bumper (there are so many paint chips there already), how much would that run typically?

I'd say a good $300 bucks....
