I'm getting those very bright piaa lights
and i need to know if i have to buy wiring harness or something like that

If your getting piaa then you won't have to get teh harness.. They'll be within spec.

Make sure not to touch the bulb when you install them. Touching the bulb increases the chances of the light going out.
