RSB mounting types

What are the advantages/disadv of the a) Stillen-type mounting with two blocks on each trailing arm and no under-beam clamp, and b) others, e.g. Progress, Addco, with a single arm clamp and dual beam clamps (normal way of attaching sway bars)? Does the Stillen hit the beam if not tightened enough since no support there? Effectiveness one over the other? TIA

The Stillen bar doesnt hit any part of the car if installed correctly. The Stillen bar works just as good as the ADDCO and progress, but looks 10 x better.

bump!

c'mon, any more info on this? the Stillen does not use bushings like the standard ones, so I'm questioning if there are noise issues (squeaks, rattles, etc.). I imagine the response on turn-in will be more direct w/o the bushing compression. And, btw are these bars all the same size, i.e. 7/8"?

aongch... I have a Stillen, and there are NO noise issues whatsoever.

Also, the response time is great... although I haven't driven a Max with any other RSB, so I can't compare on performance.

I can say, the Stillen is my choice every time - why mess with bushings?
