By not trimming the bumpstops, its limiting the suspension travel. Since the car is that much lower the stops are supposed to be trimmed that much to still allow the suspension to travel as much as it would if it were still OEM. It wont effect how the car rides but if you hit a nasty dip and the suspension travels all the way there is more chance that its gonna hit and bounce off the stops making it have slightly more of a hit on extreme bumps, dips, ect... I have not trimmed mine and have not had any issues as of yet. The reason I didnt trim mine is that im planning on getting an 03 6spd soon and will trim those. Its not 100% necessary but I would do it if I was to keep the car.

I've read about the 1st week thing. Is that 7 days or a weeks worth of driving on them? The reason I ask is I only drive my car on the weekends.

I tend to drive very aggressivly, so I would be willing to give up a *little* comfort. However, I don't ever want a car that rides like my 97 T/A...like it had no shocks at all - ouch.
Actually its more like the first 5 days, but I drove alot thats why I said 1 week. Might depend on how much you drive but you'll be fine. If its too rough for you, I dont think you'll really mine because the car is on rails at first, but once it settles in its a bit softer. You'll Like it

limsandy: $150!!! That a sweet price, I got mine for 170 shipped.

Damn.... the hitman just beats me to the link. He's running NOX, so he's faster than me. Hahahahah.
