Sorry about the double post.. must be the server.

I went to the dealership today to make an appointment about the hesitation which I feel (<1 second while WOT'ing at about 2200 RPM). The only problem is, the TSB says that it's for a manual transmission. Will the dealer still fix it? (they said to bring it in, they'll test it and if the TSB fits the problem, they'll replace the MAF) Did anyone on here have that problem with an A/T and had the MAF replaced anyway? Thanks.

Think you're looking at the wrong TSB - the -23 version covers manual and auto.

Thanks a lot, man. I will check it out in about 2 weeks after I'm all done with finals. The service guy is good friends with the guy who took care of the sales process, and theyre both not much older than I am, so it should be all good.

NT2SHBBY...did you have this done to yours? You have an auto right?

I want to take mine in for this but I don't know how to bring it up to them. Should I describe the symptoms but act like I don't know about the TSB? I think if I walk in with a copy of the TSB in hand they will give me an attitude and try not to do the work.

Also, I'm not sure if it matters but my car has a build date of 11/02. I remember when this TSB first came out most people who had this problem had build dates around 6/02. What about you guys?

Honestly after reading all this stuff I don't know if I have the hesitation or not, but I want the ECU re-flashed either way.
