Opening up headlights?

For those that have opened their 2k2 headlights using the oven, what temperature did you put it on and for how long? I have an extra headlight and im going to experiment with it tonight so i can open up and clear out my corners on my I30.

All the help i can get will be appreciated.
Thanks

Stick it in for 20 min at 600 degrees it should open them right up very smoothly.
