I would just say check the how to section in the forum but the link seems to not be working. The best advise I can give you is that you get to them from under the car. You have to remove some plastic clips to get the plastic guard out of the way. There are 2 nuts that hold the fog in place. I think they're 10mm and aren't that difficult to get to. The hard part is disconnecting the light from the wire harness. Then will you beable to take the fogs out to beable to get to the bulbs. Hopefully this helped a little.

In my 2k, the assembly needs to be pushed out towards the front of the car. Then just take out the old bulb and put in the new bulb

I believe there is two ways to get access to them.
One is to remove front bumper - which is pain, but it works.
The other is to elevate the car so you can access them from the bottom.
I believe that there is a good writeup on how to change the bulbs either in FAQ or HowTo sticky.
Good luck.

Take out your headlights, and bam, there it is (right below, of course).. You don't get dirty, and it doesn't take but a second. I say the whole install took me like 20 minutes.

on my 2k there are two of those annoying plastic pop rivot things, a phillips screw and a 10mm bolt which needs to be removed to access the fog light from under the car once you drop this pannel there is another 10mm bolt holding the light, once removed just push the *** light towards the front of the car and presto your able to take the assembly and do what you will with it.
