I realise I may not get the Amb temp... not direly important... but if I buy the module thing and take out the slider & buttons... will the ATC hook in?? It would have on my TBird (If It didn't have Temp Control) but a friends didnt and we pulled out both module/switch set things and they would have been interchangeable.....
thanks

not sure

my crx was mechanical but the new max (i got auto climate) is electronical. the crx control unit had rods it pushed around n stuff to move the vents. i dont' knwo hwo it works on the non-digital now adays. but if it's still mechanical.. then u shiiii outa luck. gotta install motors too.. but u'll also need to install the interior temp sensor that thing is located under your guage cluster. its happed of a hole but made of slits.

Mingo the controls are not mechanical. they are electrical. and I've seen the microfishe on the climate controls from the dealer. it seems like they are both similar parts but I'm not sure if it can be swaped. SOmeone had a Manual on the 2K maxima not too long ago. can U post the pics of the climate control.. I don't have a scanner. maybe we can get a better picture of the situation.
