Too good to be true?

I'm looking at an ad for a 2002 Maxima SE with 11,000 miles. The guy wants $17,900 for it. The thing is loaded. Leather, nav, sunroof, everything. I'm thinking it's a misprint or something, still trying to get ahold of him.

That's a very good deal if it is available. Probably an auto though.

Borrring. Plus I have the tendency to blow automatic transmissions because I am too rough on them.

I blew two in my old 3rd gen and was working on blowing the 3rd one I even got 2nd and 3rd to slip til a semi backed up into it while I was parked. Hell I had nothing to complain about, I kept the settlement, sold the car and there was my down payment.

I dont think its that much of a SUPER DEAL. For me, the only incentive to get this car would be the navigation. You can get a brand new 03Max for 22k and change. (although it wont be loaded) Well I guess the price itself of this used car IS good, but new cars are selling for so cheap these days. And the maxima NAV uses CDROMS instead of DVDs, so I dont think I'll be jumping into getting a NAV equipped maxima.

Very good price although because of that it's even more important to check CarFax and do a REALLY close body and mechanical exam.

Picked up my '03 Max with 13,000 miles, 6 speed, loaded with everything including Nav. for $23,600 about a month ago.
