Bulb HID Question

Will H4 HID bulbs fit into fog lamp housing on a 2k1?

There too big.. Why would you want H4 when they make H3 Hids too

I wasnt sure. I wanted to know before I dismantled the car from underneath. I will purchase new H3's today.
