Anyone clean their throttle body or know of an article that explains how? When should I worry about fuel injection cleaning? thanks.

 

Throttle body cleaning is easy. Get a towel and some spray throttle body cleaner. Hold the towel underneath the throttle body and spray the cleaner all around until no black comes out. I use STP throttle body cleaner.

 

To clean your throtle body, take off your maf and part of the intake. Be nice to your MAF! If not it wont be nice to u! Also u will need throtle body cleaner, make sure its for efi engines. Once u have the TB exposed spray it down wipe it off. Open the butterfly a couple of times and spray. It was fairly easy. If I stated anything false or forgot anything please correct
