Some dealers offer it as an option. I bet it was one of those cars that they put the pistripes and sh.. on. They also had the wheels done too.

03 SE's dont have chrome wheels from the factory. Call Nissan NA and ask them. They wont know what you're talkin ablout. Dealerships can, and do, send them to wheel shops to be chromed. Titanium editon wheels are the same as the AE wheels, they are painted in a satin silver.

The dealership just sends the car to a local tire place. They remove the tires, send the rims out to be chrome dipped or whatever process they do to make them chromed.

They would look sweet on my Sheer Silver '03 though.
