About VB and tranny cooler...
For the guys that have the Valvebody Recalibration and the Hayden tranny cooler. If you would let me know something about this. Like how much it cost, where to get it done, and how much it helps. I would really appreciate it.
Only place to get the VB mod is through Don in Texas, or unles you
feel like paying big bucks and going through Level 10. For the Tranny cooler, you can just go to your local Pepboys, or auto store, and get the biggest tranny cooler available, it is for a RV, but they are small, not very big, and it should mount in front of the radiator, but you may wanna check with DMAN to check how hard the tranny cooler is to install on a 2K, Don and I installed mine on my 4th gen, and that was easy but I think Don and Diederik had more problems with the 5th gen.
Don had practice on my 5th gen for the cooler, so Diederik's install should've been much easier.
nvmymax2, do a search on "vb" "vb recal" or "valvebody" to find more info. To the best of my knowledge, only three 5th gens have this mod:
I was the first 5th gen (guinea pig)
DMan_2kse (Diederik) was next
mingo (Daniel) was last
Warning: This mod will void your tranny warranty if Nissan finds out. Hi Nissan!!!
